ESP Application Privacy Policy

Privacy and Data Use

Emergency System Partnership (ESP) Application is designed with privacy and data security as core principles.

ESP Application does not create or store user credentials. Users authenticate securely using their existing Esri credentials, and all access to data and mapping experiences is governed by Esri authentication and NRS-managed permissions.

Location Data

ESP Application uses device location services to display a user’s real-time location on authorized maps and to support shared situational awareness among permitted users. Location data is:

Collected only while the ESP app is in use, subject to user device settings
Visible only to users with appropriate permissions
Not used for advertising, marketing, or analytics purpose

Data Access and Storage

ESP Application does not sell, share, or monetize user data.
ESP Application does not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for authentication, authorization, and operational functionality.
All mapping data, user access, and permissions are managed through secure Esri services and NRS-controlled systems.

User Rights

ESP Application does not maintain independent user profiles or store personal information outside of Esri-managed systems. As a result, requests to access, correct, or delete personal data are generally handled through the applicable Esri account and organizational administrators rather than through the ESP application itself.

Third-Party Services

ESP Application integrates with Esri’s platform to deliver mapping, authentication, and web experience functionality. Data handling follows Esri’s security and privacy standards in addition to NRS policies.

User Control

Location services and notifications can be enabled or disabled at any time through iOS device settings.

Entity Information

ESP Application is provided and managed by Natural Resources Solutions, Inc. (“NRS”). NRS is responsible for the operation of the ESP application and the privacy and data use practices described in this policy.

Policy Updates

Natural Resources Solutions may update this Privacy & Data Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application, applicable law, or operational practices. Any updates will be posted to this policy at the applicable URL, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
